CreativelyBuilt Construction LLC was founded by Harry Heineman in 2019. The company builds commercial and residential projects across Upstate New York and surrounding areas, including dormitories, gymnasiums, camps and batei medrash.
Harry stays directly involved throughout each project, from pricing and planning through construction. The person you meet at the start is the person overseeing the work on site.

CreativelyBuilt Construction has been building since 2019, with experience in commercial and residential construction across Upstate New York and surrounding areas.
Our commercial work includes dormitories, gymnasiums, camps and batei medrash. These are ground-up projects that start with a raw site and carry through foundations, structure, mechanical systems and finishes, all under one team.
On a project this size, decisions made early have a major effect on the final cost and schedule. Site conditions, structural choices, materials and how the building will actually be used all have to be considered before work gets too far along. The owner Harry stays involved in all decisions from the first stage.

No layer between you and the build.
One person accountable
The person who prices your project is the person running it. Harry stays involved throughout the build, so you are not passed from an estimator to an account manager to a project manager.
Built around your deadline
Camp openings, school years and scheduled events do not move. The construction schedule is built around the date the building needs to be ready, with each stage planned accordingly.
Cost decisions made early
The biggest cost decisions are made before construction gets too far along. Harry works through those choices with you early, so you know where it makes sense to spend and where there are better ways to keep costs down without cutting quality.
Raw site to handover
Site work, foundations, structure, systems and finishes delivered as one contract rather than handed between trades nobody is coordinating.

That is an honest boundary, not a marketing radius — we are close enough to be on your site the morning something needs deciding, which is the reason we keep the boundary where it is. If your project is near the edge of our service area, reach out and we can see if it is within a workable distance. We do not take on more work at the expense of being able to stay involved and maintain the quality of the build.
